Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive to support the full spectrum of 360 marketing initiatives. This role covers social media management, content creation, campaign execution, paid ads management, influencer engagement, and coordination across online and offline touchpoints. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
360 Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
- Coordinate brand communications across all consumer touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness across all channels and recommend optimizations.
Social Media & Content Management
. Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
. Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
. Engage and collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and content creators to drive brand visibility and awareness.
. Track performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing regular insights and reports.
Ads & Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google platforms.
- Monitor KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and cost-per-acquisition.
- Prepare performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Support in negotiating and coordinating partnership terms and deliverables.
Retail & On-ground Activation Support
- Liaise with sales and merchandising teams for in-store promotions, displays, and materials.
- Support coordination of events, pop-ups, or product sampling opportunities.
Marketing Operations & Admin
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, and inventory management of marketing collaterals.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and social media tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Capcuts is a plus.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
- Energetic, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
