Job Summary
As a Senior Marketing Executive at HipVan, you will be responsible for leading digital and traditional marketing, communications, and branding efforts to drive customer acquisition and long-term brand value.
We're looking for a growth-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity. This role places a strong emphasis on paid acquisition performance, app install campaigns, and content and community marketing. You will be expected to drive efficient growth with strong ROAS and make high-impact decisions based on performance insights.
Job Description
- Own the strategy and execution for all marketing channels to drive top-line growth for the country
- Lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, programmatic) with a strong focus on ROAS and CAC targets
- Drive app install campaigns and optimize performance across mobile channels
- Develop and grow HipVan's content engine and social community to increase engagement, retention, and brand loyalty
- Leverage marketing attribution models and analytics to understand customer journeys and optimize multi-channel performance
- Build and lead a team of high-performing marketers across growth, content, creative, and social
- Create and launch integrated campaigns that communicate HipVan's brand and product value
- Work cross-functionally with product, CX, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling brands with high-performing paid marketing campaigns
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing and creative teams in consumer-focused businesses
- Strong experience in performance marketing (especially app install, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns)
- Deep understanding of attribution models (last-click, multi-touch, data-driven) and how they impact budget allocation decisions
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing tools and dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, MMPs, etc.)
- Experience with content marketing, influencer strategies, and community building
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills across disciplines
