Nanyang International School (NIS) is a private education institution providing education from Year 1 to Year 12. We focus on structured academic development and supporting students in progressing into appropriate post-secondary pathways.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support student recruitment efforts across Asia and work closely with the Vice President and team to execute marketing and enrolment initiatives.
The Role
This is an execution-focused role with collaboration and idea contribution.
The Marketing Executive will:
. Support lead generation and marketing campaigns
. Assist in converting enquiries into enrolments
. Execute marketing activities across digital and offline channels
. Work closely with the Vice President, Admissions, and Academic teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Marketing Support
. Assist in executing lead generation activities (ads, content, events)
. Support enquiry tracking and follow-up coordination
. Maintain basic tracking of leads and conversions
. Work with the team to improve the overall enrolment funnel
2. Content & Social Media Execution
. Support planning and posting of content across:
o Xiaohongshu, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook
. Assist in simple video scripting and coordination
. Ensure consistent weekly content output
. Contribute ideas for content that engages parents and students
3. Marketing Collateral
. Assist in preparing and updating:
o eNewsletters and EDMs
o Prospectus (digital and print)
o Social media visuals
o Posters and event materials
. Coordinate with designers and vendors where required
. Ensure materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with school messaging
4. Webinars & Events Support
. Assist in organising webinars and school events
. Manage registrations and basic follow-up
. Support logistics for education fairs and exhibitions
5. Admissions & Conversion Support
. Work with the Admissions team to follow up on enquiries
. Ensure timely responses to prospective parents
. Support improvements in enquiry-to-enrolment conversion
6. Compliance & Accuracy
. Ensure marketing materials are accurate and aligned with EduTrust requirements
. Avoid misleading claims in all communications
. Follow internal guidelines when communicating school offerings
7. Vendor & Coordination
. Coordinate with external vendors (designers, videographers, developers)
. Ensure timelines are followed and deliverables are completed
8. Reporting & Tracking
. Track basic marketing metrics such as:
o Number of enquiries
o Lead sources
o Conversion trends
. Provide simple updates to the Vice President and team
9. Team Collaboration
. Take direction from the Vice President on marketing priorities
. Work closely with Head of Sales and Admissions team
. Contribute ideas during discussions and team meetings
. Support execution of agreed plans consistently
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education
. Comfortable with social media platforms (China and international platforms preferred)
. Basic understanding of content creation and coordination
. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
. Responsible, organised, and able to follow through on tasks
. Willing to learn, contribute ideas, and work as part of a team
