The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting Novowatt's sales pipeline, client acquisition, marketing campaigns, and relationship management with property stakeholders. This role requires someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable engaging with managing agents, condominium council members, residents, vendors, and business partners.
The candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, coordinating client meetings, following up on leads, supporting marketing activities, and helping Novowatt strengthen its brand presence in the EV charging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and follow up on new sales leads from condominiums, commercial buildings, managing agents, property owners, and business partners.
- Support the sales team in arranging meetings, presentations, site visits, and proposal discussions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentation materials, and client briefing documents.
- Explain Novowatt's EV charging solutions, operating model, pricing structure, and service benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with managing agents, MCST council members, building managers, property owners, and residents.
- Track leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using the company's CRM or internal tracking system.
- Support the onboarding process for newly awarded projects by coordinating between clients and internal project teams.
- Attend client meetings, AGM presentations, site discussions, and industry events when required.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Novowatt's EV charging services.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website updates, email campaigns, brochures, and client presentations.
- Support the development of case studies, project highlights, educational content, and customer success stories.
- Help prepare marketing materials for condominiums, managing agents, EV drivers, and property owners.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, PR agencies, media partners, and internal teams where required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, EV adoption updates, and customer feedback.
- Support events, roadshows, partner campaigns, and client engagement activities.
Client Relationship & Administrative Support
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate internal follow-ups with project, operations, finance, and customer support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, sales documents, marketing materials, and project status updates.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales activity, lead conversion, marketing performance, and customer engagement.
- Support the company in improving client communication, proposal quality, and sales processes.
