The Marketing Executive supports brand building and marketing campaigns across Company's portfolio and collaboration work.
The role focuses on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Creation
- Develop marketing content (visuals, videos, captions, stories, newsletters)
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Work with creative teams and vendors to execute campaigns
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Support livestream sessions and influencer collaborations
- Analyse engagement and recommend improvements
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate promotions, sampling events, launch campaigns, and retail activations
- Support booth/expo setups, roadshows, and retail POP displays
- Prepare marketing decks and reports for management review
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with e-commerce, BD, creative, and operations teams
- Support product launches and packaging updates
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong creative sense familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools is a plus
- Knowledge of FMCG, retail, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Good copywriting skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)
