What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure staff meet deadlines and complete assigned projects
• Set marketing goals and promotion targets monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from concept to completion
• Oversee content creation, creative direction, and the development of promotional materials
• Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with sales team
• Stay updated on digital trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance company branding
• Manage and lead junior marketing staff

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
