Primary responsibilities
- Work with design team and agencies to create engaging content (static images, videos for Youtube, reels, tiktok etc.)
- Work with marketing colleagues to manage the Group's digital marketing front: Facebook, Instagram, Google (Analytics and Ads) - includes content creation and analysis of each campaign's data
- Planning content strategies to achieve the company's brand objectives (increase awareness, traffic drivers, sales etc.)
- Manage and execute content calendars
- Consistent monitoring of social media (posts, ads) performance to optimize where required
- Campaign analytics and reporting
- Monitoring social trends
- Liasing with agencies to improve social media presence and ad performance
- Work with marketing colleagues to maintain and manage the Group's e-commerce stores, mainly on content creation and SKU information updates.
Secondary responsibilities
- Support the opening of new stores
- Liase with vendors and suppliers for showroom decorations / marketing communications / branding materials.
- Assist to manage the brands online/offline marketing and operations.
Requirements:
- At least either a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or similar.
- A good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Proficient in Adobe photoshop/Illustrator OR Canva
- Proficient in video editing software OR video editing apps (e.g. Capcut)
- Must be able to multi-task and be quick on your feet.
- Will need to be independent, resourceful and adaptable
- Will need to be able to problem-solve
