Assist in developing marketing strategies (short-term to long-term) for new and existing products
Organize promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing arrangement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with the marketing team and senior management
Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles - internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
Execute advertising and promotions plans
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
Market research and monitoring of trends and competitors activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.
Partnership management
Support and execute all marketing-related plans
Requirements
Possesses at least a Diploma in Marketing or related marketing disciplines.
Possesses at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the Retail/FMCG/F&B or related industries preferred.
Ability to multi-task.
Prior experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation is preferred
Good numerical and analytical skills
Results-oriented and strong work ethic
Effectively bilingual, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin as will need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong passion in Media/Online Marketing solutions
Fully computer literate, with prefer command of MS office applications. Web/CMS knowledge would be an advantage.
