Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and drive both online and offline engagement. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, and collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent and captivating brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Content Creation & Management: Coordinate with designers, photographers to produce engaging content for social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Brand & Event Management: Support brand partnerships, sponsorships, and in-store events to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and present insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with F&B and lifestyle trends to identify creative opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (F&B/retail experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and email marketing tools.
  • Good grasp of SEO/SEM and basic knowledge of Meta/Google Ads preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
  • A passion for desserts and baking is a definite bonus!
