Our Global Event Team produces in-person, virtual and hybrid events that bring together C-suite executives, policymakers and industry leaders to drive meaningful dialogue and commercial outcomes.
We are seeking a senior Media Events Producer to lead the execution of complex, high-profile events across APAC. This role is best suited for someone with deep experience delivering corporate, finance or policy-driven events at the highest level, with a strong understanding of regional nuance and stakeholder expectations.
The Role:
You will lead end-to-end production of strategic Media events, ensuring seamless execution across all phases. This includes managing senior stakeholders, overseeing event managers and vendors, and delivering best-in-class experiences for a highly discerning audience.
We will trust you to:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-profile corporate events across APAC, often involving C-suite executives, senior policymakers and industry leaders
- Manage complex event production across multiple markets, ensuring cultural, regulatory and operational considerations are appropriately handled
- Oversee and guide event managers, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver consistently high standards
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders including editorial, commercial and leadership teams to shape and deliver event objectives
- Own production budgets, timelines and risk management for complex, multi-layered events
- Drive operational excellence across all elements including venue strategy, security, protocol, logistics and guest experience
- Anticipate and proactively resolve challenges in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
You'll need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing and delivering large-scale corporate, financial, or policy-focused events within a global organization
- Demonstrated experience delivering events across multiple APAC markets, including managing regional stakeholders, vendors, and navigating local regulatory or protocol considerations
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex events involving senior stakeholders (e.g. C-suite executives, government officials or institutional clients), with direct ownership of budgets and timelines
- Proven experience in project management, leading complex projects and partnering with senior stakeholders
- Technical competency with project management tools and online systems including at minimum Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack
- Experience navigating and learning new platforms/programs with a high degree of self-sufficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel internationally to execute events
We'd love to see:
- Experience within a financial services, media, or global corporate environment (e.g. business media, financial conferences, policy forums)
- Background working in-house or within a corporate events function, rather than purely consumer-facing events
- Experience delivering events similar in profile to industry conferences, leadership forums, or executive summits
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems
- Mandarin language skills is a plus given coverage of the Chinese market
