Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Event Executive role based in Singapore. The Marketing Event Executive will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include managing event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination, as well as supporting budgeting and post-event evaluation. The role involves engaging with attendees, clients, and partners to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. The Marketing Event Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to support promotional activities, on-ground sales efforts, and event-related reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong event-focused skills, including Event Marketing, Event Planning, and Event Management.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
• Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to support lead generation and conversion during events.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site, including occasional evenings or weekends for events, and to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in marketing, events, or a related field is preferred; diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
