Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Marketing Events Manager / Brand Activation Manager / Senior Event Executive. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and brand activation initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Key responsibilities include managing event operations, coordinating promotional campaigns, overseeing vendor and stakeholder communications, and ensuring successful event delivery from concept to execution. The role also involves developing event strategies, monitoring budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting experiential marketing initiatives. Additional duties include coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining brand consistency across all activations, preparing event reports, and identifying opportunities to improve audience experience and operational efficiency. The position requires strong project management capabilities, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns in a fast-paced environment while supporting overall marketing and brand objectives.
Qualifications
• Expertise in event management, brand activation, and marketing campaign coordination
• Knowledge of promotional strategies, experiential marketing, and audience engagement practices
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events and marketing activities
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in event planning tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of branding guidelines, marketing operations, and event logistics
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Experience in brand activations, corporate events, or marketing operations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
