Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Marketing Events Manager / Brand Activation Manager / Senior Event Executive. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and brand activation initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Key responsibilities include managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of events and campaigns. The role also involves developing activation strategies, monitoring event performance, managing budgets, and supporting marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. The Marketing Events Manager / Brand Activation Manager / Senior Event Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event operations, maintain strong brand presentation standards, and support continuous improvement in event execution and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of event management, brand activation, and marketing coordination processes
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing events and promotional campaigns effectively
• Familiarity with vendor management, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination practices
• Knowledge of branding, audience engagement, and promotional strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in event planning tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage event budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications related to marketing or event management are a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and external vendors
• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
• Adaptability and capability to support various marketing and brand engagement initiatives
