Our client is a leading global FinTech transforming the way individuals and businesses invest and trade. They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead their Singapore marketing strategy and team.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven marketer with deep knowledge of the Singapore market and a proven track record in brand building, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing execution.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Singapore, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue performance. You will lead and inspire a team of 10 across brand, communications, digital, performance, partnerships, and events.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Singapore marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead brand positioning and local market differentiation
- Drive scalable customer acquisition across digital and offline channels
- Oversee integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Shape compelling communications and PR strategy
- Optimize performance marketing funnels and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Global Marketing stakeholders
Key requirements:
- 10+ years marketing experience, ideally within FinTech, financial services, tech, or high-growth digital businesses
- Strong understanding of the Singapore consumer and regulatory landscape
- Proven success in brand building and customer acquisition at scale
- Expertise in both online and offline marketing channels
- Experience managing sizable marketing budgets and teams
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
