Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing cum E-commerce Executive to support both marketing (70%) and e-commerce (30%) functions. This role will focus primarily on marketing activities such as content creation, social media management, events, and campaigns, while also supporting the company's e-commerce platforms and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (70%)
. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across key platforms.
. Develop creative content (posts, videos, infographics, GIFs) aligned with brand strategies.
. Research and integrate emerging trends into content planning.
. Create simple graphic designs for campaigns, events, and festive promotions.
. Execute digital advertising campaigns and support SEO initiatives.
. Assist in organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and events (internal & external).
. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
. Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports.
E-commerce (30%)
. Support the maintenance of the company's e-commerce platform (product listings, content updates, promotions).
. Monitor online traffic, sales trends, and customer engagement.
. Manage lead funnelling effectively through the CRM system.
. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance online sales performance.
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
. Proficiency in CMS (WordPress/Shopify preferred).
. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO best practices.
. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite).
. Basic design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
. Knowledge of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
. Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent command of English.
. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and optimize campaign performance.
. Good project management, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
. Creative, adaptable, and up to date with digital marketing trends.
