Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities in Singapore. You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing content, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage content updates for websites, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports for management.
- Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and collateral libraries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, communications, or coordination roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus for regional communication.
Salary Reference (Singapore, 2025)
- Entry-Level (02 years): SGD 42,000 SGD 50,000 per year
- Mid-Level (35 years): SGD 50,000 SGD 60,000 per year
