Job Description
1. Work closely with Singapore Bank department head to ensure the internal communications strategies/executions align with business priorities and deliver a consistent tone of voice and communications style
2. Effectively communicate Singapore Bank department objectives, strategic areas and key initiatives as well as provide timely updates to employees
3. Develop and deliver communication plans that are specific to each request. Subjects include leadership communications, business objectives, key initiatives, employee engagement or latest developments.
4. Create fresh ways of message delivery (across content, channels and experiences) to communicate business objectives and deepen employee engagement
5. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, edit and storyboard engaging content (including multimedia content such as full-length article, videos, banners, eDMs and infographics) that is relevant, personalized and targeted for employees
6. Develop and manage content calendar
7. Improve employee engagement through carefully curated activities
8 Manage and maintain event materials on the Intranet
9. Planning and executions of employee engagement activities (in-house) like volunteering opportunities, staff appreciation events, and initiatives focused on sustainability, diversity and inclusion etc
10. Preparation of Singapore Department monthly people analytics for reviews at SG Departmental and function level.
11. Event Management: Demonstrated experience running and organizing events is non-negotiable. Experience with large-scale corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, skip-level meetings) is a significant advantage.
12. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
13. Proactiveness: Candidate must be proactive, adapt to constant changes, and be comfortable with uncertainty.
14. Role is based in town and travel to other locations is required.
