There is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic People leader to join them to transform and augment its human resources capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exciting role leading the People division, responsible for People Strategy and People Operations, including workforce transformation, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and development, succession planning, employee engagement, culture and industrial relations. You will be instrumental in driving strategic HR transformation and leading and developing your team in providing People solutions aligned to the company's innovation and growth agenda, including presenting to the Board and Remuneration Committee.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles within major enterprises, including Singapore-headquartered companies, and have fronted board-level engagements. Your experience spans managing both white-and blue-collar workforces, overseeing industrial relations, and driving HR transformation initiatives. You have successfully led high-performing HR teams and bring the agility to operate as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader when needed. A proven people leader of large teams, you demonstrate a genuine interest in people, humility, and high emotional intelligence. You also possess strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
