Marketing & Communications Designer

This is a diverse and dynamic role for a candidate with a flair for communications and a keen eye for graphic design. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and presence across digital and print platforms. From developing creative content for marketing campaigns, collateral, project pitches, and our website, to crafting engaging social media strategies, you'll help drive brand visibility and connect with our audiences. You'll also support internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with our company culture and values, while using your design skills to produce polished visuals and graphics that bring our messages, campaigns and projects to life.

Marketing & Communications

• Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and update marketing collateral and branded templates, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.
• Manage written content development for project case studies, people updates, newsletters, and web copy in collaboration with the Leadership team.
• Coordinate internal communication materials and announcements as needed.
• Ensure content reflects the company's tone of voice and aligns with visual branding.
• Manage global awards submissions for interior design projects, overseeing entry preparation, documentation

Social Media & Digital Content

• Manage and create content for the company's social media channels, including graphics, captions, reels/stories, and scheduling for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Ensure content reflects the company's tone of voice and aligns with visual branding.
• Drive email marketing campaigns, website updates, and other digital outreach efforts

Graphic Design

• Design and develop branded materials for both internal and client-facing use, including presentations, capability statements, proposals, and reports ensuring design consistency across brand applications, channels and touchpoints.
• Create visual assets for project pitches, including diagrams and infographics, high level EGD concepts and motion graphics
• Collaborate with graphic and interior design teams as required to conceptualise and produce environmental graphic design and spatial storytelling elements that integrate with the design of physical interior environments.
