Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Executive will play a key role in strengthening Biohackk's brand voice and presence across digital platforms, internal communications, and external campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing & Brand team to execute strategies that amplify Biohackk's impact, attract clients, and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms.
Support content creation for web, blog, newsletters, and social posts aligned with Biohackk's brand tone and values.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements to increase engagement and ROI. - Communications & Branding
Draft, edit, and proofread communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Biohackk's voice.
Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media kits, and outreach coordination.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. - Community & Events
Support the execution of brand events, seminars, and activations to build brand awareness and client engagement.
Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and influencer/KOL communications. - Internal Communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication of initiatives and updates.
Contribute to internal newsletters, culture-building campaigns, and employer branding projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player with creativity, initiative, and a growth mindset.
