Marketing & CEO Assistant

Agen is building products that help people live healthier, perform better, and live longer through AI, personalized recommendations, smart devices, wearables, supplements, and wellbeing services.

We are a small, fast-moving team based in Singapore, building for a global market.

We are looking for a junior-to-mid level Marketing & CEO Assistant to work directly with the CEO across marketing, communications, research, operations, and day-to-day priorities.

This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of remote work and in-person meetings.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Content

• Help manage social media and content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels

• Create simple presentations, newsletters, website updates, posts, and marketing materials

• Research trends, competitors, customers, and partnership opportunities globally

• Help coordinate content shoots, events, partnerships, PR, and product launches

• Track basic results and help improve campaigns over time

CEO & Operations Support

• Help manage calendar, meetings, reminders, travel, and follow-ups

• Prepare notes, presentations, research, and meeting summaries

• Coordinate with partners, suppliers, freelancers, and team members in different countries

• Keep projects organized and make sure important tasks are followed up on

• Help draft emails, documents, and business messages

• Support with other ad hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, assistant, operations, startup, or similar role

• Excellent English, written and spoken

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing many small tasks at once and moving quickly

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, Microsoft PowerPoint and ChatGPT

• Must have a genuine personal interest in health, wellbeing, fitness, longevity, supplements, technology, or related industries

• Sport and an active lifestyle are important to us. We are looking for someone who exercises regularly and believes health and physical activity are an important part of life

• You should follow the industry naturally: read about health, fitness, wellbeing, AI, consumer technology, or related trends because you are personally interested, not only because it is part of the job

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media, copywriting, design, or content creation

• Experience working in a startup or with founders

• Basic photo, video, or editing skills

• Interest in AI, wearable devices, supplements, consumer products, or health technology

• International mindset and interest in global brands and trends

Location & Working Style

• Based in Singapore

• Hybrid: typically 2–3 days per week in person, remainder remote

• Flexible working hours, but responsiveness and reliability are important

• Some travel, events, or evening/weekend availability may occasionally be needed
