Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audience needs, and brand positioning
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, coordination, delivery, and performance tracking across relevant channels
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-brand execution
  • Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness, attribution, and business impact
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials

Campaign Performance & Insights

  • Use data-driven insights, testing, and experimentation to optimise campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Define, monitor, and analyse key marketing and business KPIs to evaluate campaign success
  • Translate campaign results, customer data, and market insights into actionable recommendations for future initiatives
  • Support business review sessions with clear reporting, analysis, and performance updates

Stakeholder Management

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Work closely with product, sales, and business teams to align marketing plans with commercial priorities and customer needs
  • Ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives and customer experience goals

Operational & Budget Support

  • Track campaign-related spend, budget utilisation, projections, and cost submissions
  • Ensure data accuracy, payment processing, and operational coordination for campaign-related activities
  • Track redemptions and manage merchandise inventory where applicable

Events Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute brand, partnership, and customer engagement events in support of marketing objectives
  • Coordinate logistics, stakeholder communication, and on-ground execution to ensure successful delivery

Customer Feedback & Insights

  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback, campaign response, and engagement trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Surface insights that support stronger messaging, customer experience, and future campaign strategy
