Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to drive marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support lead generation, and contribute to business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across campaigns, content, digital channels, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand priorities, and growth targets.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and selected offline channels.
- Create and refine messaging and content angles for different audience segments, course offerings, and business initiatives.
- Support full-funnel marketing efforts across awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversion.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, lead quality, engagement, and return on marketing investment, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities, course promotions, and customer needs.
- Support content planning across platforms such as website, email, social media, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, agencies, or media partners where required to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Contribute to reporting, campaign reviews, and ongoing optimisation of marketing activities.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including content, social media, email marketing, website content, and campaign planning.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- Experience in education, training, professional services, or course marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and conversion-focused marketing.
- Experience supporting brand-building and lead generation campaigns.
