Marketing Business Development Manager (Chinese-speaking) — Remote | Full-time

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Business Development Manager to drive client and partner acquisition among Chinese-speaking communities in Vietnam, Myanmar, and broader Asian regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients and partners among Chinese-speaking audiences in Vietnam, Myanmar, and other Asian regions.
• Conduct outreach and build relationships through various channels, focusing on sales and partnership development.
• Meet monthly targets for new leads and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective acquisition strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and results.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker; English proficiency required.
• 6–12 months of experience in sales, partner management, or business development.
• Experience with cold outreach, sales negotiations, or partnership building.
• Strong understanding of Chinese-speaking communities in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
