Role Description
This is a multi-functional leadership and commercial role for an Operations Director / Marketing Manager / Business Development Executive responsible for overseeing operational performance, driving marketing strategy, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments to achieve organizational objectives. In addition, responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. Additional duties include analyzing business performance data, preparing reports and presentations, monitoring market trends, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
