Marketing Business Development Executive

Role Description

Were seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team full-time on-site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Youll play a key role in shaping our brands voice, generating new business leads, managing content across platforms, and organizing events that build community and visibility.

This position follows a 5-day work week and includes one weekend day to support marketing activations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand reach and engagement

Manage and grow our social media channels with creative, on-brand content

Plan and execute events, workshops, and campaigns to attract and engage clients

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue

Create visuals and marketing collaterals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

Support customer engagement and follow-up communications

Qualifications:

Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills

Confident in event planning and managing community-based activities

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Account management or partnership experience is a plus

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
