Role Overview

We are seeking as full time, on-site Marketing Associate in Singapore to support the execution of high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.

This role sits at the intersection of content, performance marketing, and brand building, working closely with cross-functional teams including investments, investor relations, and product. You will play a key role in translating investment narratives into compelling marketing campaigns that drive investor engagement and platform growth.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, hands-on, and highly accountable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Growth Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, WhatsApp, and paid channels
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate investment opportunities into compelling go-to-market campaigns

Content & Social Media

  • Manage end-to-end social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business priorities and market themes
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging content formats, including short-form videos, carousels, and thought leadership posts
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them effectively to financial/investment content

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC)
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager to generate actionable insights

Events & Brand Activation

  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, webinars, and brand activations
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and experience across all touchpoints

Digital Platforms

  • Maintain and optimise the company's landing pages on promotions with a focus on user experience and conversion
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance digital touchpoints

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, and reporting efficiency
  • Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and marketing approaches to improve effectiveness

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital, content, and social media

Core Competencies

Marketing & Strategy

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid and organic strategies
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Solid grasp of customer journeys and conversion funnels

Content & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong storytelling ability with an eye for design and brand consistency
  • Experience creating content for financial, investment, or B2C platforms is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent)
  • Experience with design and video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Gemini) for content and workflow optimisation
