We are looking for a dynamic individual to be able to work with cross functional teams and create engaging and appealing digital (both visual and audio) content across a multitude of online platforms such as Instagram & Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Youtube, Linkedin, Tiktok, Spotify, Podcast, etc. on a global level. The ideal candidate would be creative, understand the digital media landscape on both a macro and detailed level to be able to manage creative direction with the support of his/her superior.

Primary Relationships:

The position works within the Corporate Communications Team.

The position will have dual reporting; where the incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director and indirectly to Design team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (digital agencies, producers, photographers, social platform account managers, etc). and partner and franchise organizations.

Job Descriptions:

• Development and implementation of digital visual & audio media content strategy to align with business goals and global brand guidelines.
• Plan the visual direction for Bacha Coffee's global social media platforms monthly, through the curation of moodboards and storyboards to align business goals and global brand guidelines.
• Plan, create and edit engaging visual content, including videos, photographs, and other multimedia assets, for all HQ and global partners requirements if needed. Collaborate with external agencies, photographers and videographers in Bacha Coffee's key markets to facilitate the creation of high-quality and compelling social media assets for all global channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Direct and supervise all Social Media shoots on-site in Singapore – digitally for key markets around the world
• Optimize digital visual content for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Work with the HQ Design Department to add-on branded assets and content creation during campaigns and yearly highlights
• Perform detailed research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector, suggest and implement new features to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Regularly update and optimize the Social Media Content Creation guidelines for Bacha Coffee globally.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years experience in digital content production.
• Addicted to design and genuinely excited by digital technologies.
• Experience dealing with local and international markets and customers.
• Fluent in English and possess strong photograph and video editing skills.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Multidisciplinary skills would be an advantage.
• Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus.
• Visual content conceptualisation and production would be an advantage.
• This role may require occasional travel, up to 20% of your working time, based on the evolving needs of the company and projects.
