Job Description:
- Assist in conceptualizing and producing short-form video content.
- Support shooting and editing vertical videos.
- Help structure content using Hook → Core Message → CTA.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
- Support the preparation of creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Help monitor and respond to audiences on social platforms.
- Track basic social media metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Support social listening activities to capture brand sentiment and opportunities.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and campaign performance provide basic recommendations.
- Help maintain dashboards for ongoing campaign and social media tracking.
- Support digital asset management and content creation workflows.
- Identify potential new tools, platforms, or methods to improve marketing efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience in video shooting and editing
- Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Understanding of different platform styles and formats (XHS, TikTok, IG & Youtube Shorts)
- Organised, proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being comfortable appearing on camera occasionally would be an advantage.
- Willing to work overtime during critical periods as and when required
- Able to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- Result orientated in a fast pace and multi-task environment
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs after office hours
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- 6 working days per week
