Responsibilities:
- Manage social media marketing and company Website .
- Make calls/email to maintain good customer relationship.
- Conceptualize new ways of lead generation.
- Generate profit in line with set KPIs.
- Answering customers enquiries over the phone and online enquiries .
-Handling of incoming and outgoing emails .
-Prepare sales quotations and invoices for oversea & Local customers
- Participate in company Local and Oversea exhibition
- Generate weekly Sales & Marketing reports for Company Management.
-Support in all other ad-hoc task in Administrative work
Requirement :
- High energy, passionate, confident& results driven.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast , smart and independently.
- Excellent communication skills is essential to succeed in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sense of urgency, Customer Service-oriented and positive attitude.
- Possess willing to learn attitude
- Willingness to travel to oversea for business exhibition trip .
