About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives across MetaComp's business lines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative coordination and hands-on execution — from organizing events and managing marketing collateral to supporting go-to-market campaigns and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities that strengthen brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Engagement

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate events, client engagement sessions, webinars, conferences, and industry networking activities.
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support onsite event management, logistics coordination, registration management, and post-event reporting.
  • Assist in creating event runbooks, timelines, and engagement plans.

Marketing Materials & Branding

  • Coordinate development and production of marketing materials including brochures, decks, EDMs, banners, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
  • Work with designers, printers, agencies, and content contributors for timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain and organize marketing asset repositories and presentation templates.

Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting.
  • Assist in deployment of newsletters, social media content, and promotional communications.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and support preparation of marketing reports.

Stakeholder & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with business, product, compliance, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
  • Manage vendor invoices, purchase requests, and marketing budget tracking.
  • Support marketing documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–5 years of experience in marketing, events, branding, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or marketing tools is advantageous.

Preferred Qualities

  • Creative and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
  • Able to adapt quickly and support evolving business priorities.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services is a plus
