The Role
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant (Temporary) to support our events, store activations, and day-to-day marketing operations. We welcome applications from entry-level Marketing students and experienced candidates seeking part-time opportunities.
Contract duration
Approximately 3 to 6 months.
What You Will Do
1) Administrative Support
- Provide operational and administrative support for events, store activations, and ad‑hoc initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics and assist with on‑ground execution where required (setup, materials, vendor coordination).
- Maintain and update records for loan units, including tracking, allocation, and returns.
- Support internal coordination and documentation (meeting notes, trackers, filing).
2) Artwork Creation
- Design and produce simple marketing assets using Canva (e.g., social posts, posters, in‑store signages) following brand guidelines.
Essential Skills
- Microsoft Excel: basic tracking, data entry, simple reporting (sorting/filtering, basic formulas).
- Microsoft PowerPoint: prepare and update presentations from templates.
- Canva or other creative tools: basic layout and template editing for digital/print assets.
