Job Responsibilities:
. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and offline)
. Support the marketing team in content creation, including social media posts, marketing materials, email campaigns, and website updates
. Manage and update company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with target audiences
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends,opportunities, and customer preferences
. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services
. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) and external vendors for marketing activities and campaigns
. Monitor and track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement
. Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records, and mailing lists
. Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities
. Support the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
. Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including documentation and scheduling
. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
. Assist in managing digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, and online advertising (if applicable)
. Respond to customer inquiries on marketing platforms or direct them to the relevant department
. Support the team in ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g.,Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing tools
. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing will be an advantage
. Experience in content creation, social media management, or campaign coordination is preferred
. Good understanding of branding, marketing trends, and consumer behavior
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Good coordination and organizational skills,with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g.,Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is an added advantage
. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
. Able to meet deadlines and handle ad-hoc assignments effectively
. Willing to work extended hours or support events/campaigns when required
. 6-daywork week
