ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our new media and local media investment strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across emerging digital platforms and regional media outlets, working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute integrated media strategies spanning new media channels (social, short-form video, KOL/influencer) and local/traditional media (OOH, print, radio, regional digital).
. Own annual media budgets negotiate and manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners.
. Lead campaign briefing, trafficking, optimization, and post-campaign analysis with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
. Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms identify opportunities to pilot and scale new media formats.
. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are tailored to each channel's audience and format requirements.
. Report campaign performance to senior leadership with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
. Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.
REQUIREMENTS
. 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or integrated marketing, with hands-on exposure to both digital and offline channels.
. Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and sizable media budgets.
. Deep understanding of new media ecosystems (social platforms, content marketing, influencer marketing).
. Experience with local/regional media buying and an appreciation for audience nuances across markets.
. Strong analytical skills proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent).
. Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
