Job Summary
We seek a skilled Digital Marketing professional with creative and analytical skills to develop and execute strategies that enhance online presence, drive brand awareness, and support business growth in the beauty and retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns from concept to completion to achieve targeted objectives
- Manage and optimize online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Instagram to drive sales
- Create engaging, SEO- and SEM-optimized content for websites and social media to attract and retain target audiences
- Plan, curate, and coordinate content across all social media platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Utilize social media marketing and influencer marketing to acquire new clientele and retain customers
- Manage brand reputation and corporate partnerships to support business development
- Design and produce marketing materials in graphic and video formats to support campaigns and promotions
- Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Work independently with initiative to set marketing directions and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in crafting marketing collateral and communicating through various media platforms
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent

Working Environment
- Office-based at Ubi
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
