Job summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Senior Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of the company's marketing strategy across brands and product portfolios. The role plays a key part in driving marketing initiatives on the ground, including events, trade shows, campaigns, and partnerships, while ensuring strong execution, coordination, and follow-through. This position also provides leadership to junior marketing staff and ensures seamless delivery of marketing activities in alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

1) Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across brands and product categories.

2) Take the lead and manage end-to-end execution of overseas trade shows, as well as local events, roadshows and brand activations. This includes but not limited to coordination, logistics, budgeting support, on-site management, and post-event matters.

3) Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

4) Lead and host factory tours, presenting the company's introduction, capabilities and offerings in a confident and professional manner.

5) Coordinate and manage CSR initiatives in alignment with company direction.

6) Assist in managing partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders.

7) Work closely with internal departments such as sales, operations, and management to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

8) Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

9) Support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving tram performance and workflow efficiency.

10) Provide guidance, training and on-the-ground supervision to marketing executives in daily execution.

11) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Requirements

1) Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar is preferred.

2) At least 5 years of marketing experience.

3) Experience in the FMCG, consumer goods sector will be advantageous.

4) Superb leadership, strong time management and organizational abilities.

5) Good eye for aesthetics and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Working Hours

1) Monday to Friday: 8 30am - 5 45 pm

2) Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift every 4 Weeks) (Work from home, unless there is an event)
