Job Description:
- To support the Marketing and Client Services Managers
- Duties include clerical / admin support and coordination with other department team members for the purpose of marketing related matters
- Assist with admin paperwork for commercial & GOV tender submissions
- Assist with customer follow-up calls, keep track and update marketing reports for team
- Work with team members to plan and roll out digital marketing programs
- Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Marketing Clients Services department & Senior Management
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only (NO available quota for foreigners)
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline from recognized educational institution
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English, with the ability to speak and write effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
