About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant cum Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO in daily operations and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top management and gain exposure across marketing and executive support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the Group CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare flight itineraries, event planning, and logistics coordination.
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, proposals, and budgets.
- Support marketing activities such as campaign coordination, content preparation, and vendor liaison.
- Conduct basic market research and assist in developing marketing materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Some background or exposure in marketing is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
