Job description:
- Mange company online eCommerce store, create, manage, update product listings and store banners
- Manage and update websites, crafting of product write-ups
- Design key visuals / artworks for social media ads such as Facebook CPAS, IG Post
- BD KOLs, assist influencer with livestream operations, data recording, review, video editing for organic post
- Follow up short video production of KOL, plan post time line, Tiktok short video ads
- Monitor stocks level, collaborate with warehouse team to ensure the fulfilment of customers orders
- Reply customers online queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring inventory and update stocks for all platforms
- Executing other ad-hoc duties as required by Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in business English, speak Bahasa and Mandrain will be a plus point
- Experience of Tiktok Livestream
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Self-directed, able to work independently
