Position Summary
You will be expected to perform the following duties, which may be updated from time to time in line with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of accounting and administrative duties for the E-Commerce unit
- Handle Accounts Payable functions such as data entry, processing payments, etc
- Perform Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast to facilitate payment process
- Handle the issuance and records of invoices, quotations, petty cash claims, etc
- Handle customer and/or supplier account balances and reconcile with totals
- Liaise with various suppliers and clients with regards to financial matters
- Handle enquiries and liaise with various suppliers, customers, etc
- Maintain proper filing of both hardcopy and softcopy documents
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company
Working Day/Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
- Friday & Saturday: 9.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
Work Arrangement
- This role is a full-time position based at the Company's Head Office.
- The Accounts Executive is required to physically report to the office daily to perform finance and administrative functions.
