Toy Factory Productions is seeking applicants to join the Marketing team, taking on the role of Marketing and Publicity Coordinator.

The Marketing & Publicity Coordinator will report to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
As our Marketing and Publicity Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Marketing Team to shape and execute publicity campaigns, strengthen marketing communications, and engage audiences effectively. Beyond marketing, youll play an important role in supporting productions on the groundhandling operational and administrative duties that keep everything running seamlessly.
Job Scope:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential publicity and press partners.
- Develop press releases and press kits to support publicity campaigns.
- Pitch compelling media angles and production highlights to media outlets to generate coverage and publicity opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between Productions and publicity agencies.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Company and media partners, coordinating and managing press interviews.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Production teams to ensure the seamless execution of publicity and marketing strategies.
- Other ad-hoc duties given by the Producer/Director.
Requirements:
- Able to commit for at least 6 months.
- Interest in and knowledge of the Arts and Theatre scene.
- Being bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) will be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages.
- Basic understanding/knowledge of design and editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
