Responsibilities:
- Carry out onboard inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system modifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute field service schedules and activities.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise repair works and implement technical upgrades as required.
- Install new systems and technologies onboard vessels.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Lead and guide technicians and engineers during service operations.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in vessel main engine automation systems or equivalent marine control systems.
- Proven troubleshooting ability with a detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach.
- Up-to-date awareness of industry technologies and practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electrical systems.
