(Senior/Entry Level) Field Service Engineer (MNC/Marine/ Electrical Equipment)

Responsibilities

1. Provide 24/7 emergency support and standby service to customers.
2. Deliver after-sales support, site recovery, and maintenance for distributors and end users.
3. Handle installation, commissioning, and on-site training per project scope.
4. Prepare structured service reports for customers.
5. Investigate product issues and customer complaints.
6. Identify root causes and recommend solutions.
7. Assess warranty claims and determine repair scope.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure issue resolution.
9. Develop and update service training materials and documents.
10. Train distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting to ensure high support standards.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
2. Willing to travel within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
3. Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
4. Customer-focused, with an interest in power generation and control systems.
5. Relevant industry experience also considered.
