Responsibilities:
- Market company capabilities as a valve automation and service center
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the target market
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and new product developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales engineer or in a similar sales role
- Having own car is a Must
- Experience in Marine Offshore, MRO, Projects for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical / Power plant is an advantage
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex solutions into simple, customer-friendly language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose the best solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
