- Oversee end-to-end cargo operations including vessel scheduling, port coordination, loading/discharge activities, and blending processes to ensure timely and quality execution of voyages.
- Track vessel performance, bunker consumption, and voyage profitability ensure regulatory compliance, conduct vessel vetting, and manage documentation with surveyors and inspectors.
- Investigate cargo quantity/quality discrepancies, implement loss mitigation strategies, and handle laytime calculations, demurrage, and claims to safeguard operational efficiency.
- Generate voyage P/L reports, maintain operational statistics, identify cost drivers, and collaborate with internal teams to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of oil cargo operations experience in an oil trading firm or oil major.
- Familiar with vessel scheduling, cargo movement, and port operations.
