Vacancy for Marine Manager (DP)

M3 Marine Group (M3MG) is pleased to announce a vacancy within its in-house Commercial & Technical Teams for a Marine Manager (DP) to undertake and support M3's Technical and Commercial work in relation to Vessel charters, Dynamic Positioning Assurance, Diving System Assurance, FMEA, Project Management and Vessel Technical and Operational Audits / Inspections.

POSITION:

Marine Manager (DP)

The position requires a Class 1 Master Mariner (Unlimited) who must possess:

. Extensive experience in Command of DP 2 / DP 3 Diving Support Vessels (minimum 5 years).

. Experience of ROV, Survey, IRM and Offshore Construction operations.

. Experience of dealing with and understanding Class, Flag and Client (Offshore Energy and Contractor Companies) rules and regulations, including application.

. Expertise in the development and implementation of DP decision support tools such as Activity Specific Operating Guidelines (ASOG), including knowledge of HEMP / HAZID processes.

. Knowledge of Operational and Technical Management for DP offshore support vessels.

. Knowledge of codes, standards and guidelines published by IMCA, MTS and OCIMF.

. Knowledge of chartering, charter parties and contracting in the offshore marine and subsea markets.

. Focus and a strong work ethic.

The candidate must be proactive and be willing to travel overseas and offshore.

Qualification

The applicant must hold a valid Master Mariner SCTW Certificate of Competency Class One (Unlimited).

Preference will be given to those who hold certification gained in Singapore.
