Manufacturing Process, Senior Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Meet Departmental goals on Cost,Responsiveness & Quality objectives
• Develop and establish workinstructions, routing, and workmanship standards
• Track & manage CAPEXspending within the allocated budget
• Establish preventive maintenanceand calibration of production equipment
• Supervise and train subordinatesand implements company policy
• Drive LEAN opportunities onmanufacturing lines
• Provide an area of technologyexpertise
• Install and commission newequipment
• Provide technical resource &training to staff
• Lead new product development / processstart-ups / transfers and change management
• Lead the planning and executingyield / quality / process / UPH / machine / OEE improvement initiatives
• Lead in developing and promotingnew technologies and processes
• Plan and lead engineering team to improve manufacturing system / processes

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering
• 10years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Manufacturing Process
• Good written and communication skills
• Possess strong time management, analytical problem-solving and decision making skills
• Able to start work in short notice
