About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the setup, testing, commissioning, and improvement of industrial robotic and automated machinery within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated machines and robotic systems
- Provide technical support during machine assembly, production, and final testing
- Work closely with production, quality, R&D, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve product quality
- Review and update BOMs and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, machine assembly, and process improvement
- Proficient in CAD/CAM and manufacturing-related software tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across departments
- Familiar with manufacturing safety standards and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
