May Manage a team of shift members to achieve the production output, product yield and cycle time target depending on job requirements.
Responsible for daily machine capacity analysis and production performance monitoring.
Oversee manpower allocation, workflow management, daily production planning and resolution of process abnormalities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and procedures.
Ensure production activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for Discipline, SOP, EHS, COC and 5S housekeeping etc. by performing regular workplace inspections.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce systems and procedures according to company's policies
Provide training and/or work with training subject matter experts to supports employee skills training and education in manufacturing-related topics.
Work with cross functional teams (Process, Production Engineering, Maintenance team etc.) to provide manufacturing support for products and machine availability.
Provide instant and accurate information on machine downtime or product abnormalities
Supervise, coach, counsel and handle employee disciplinary cases
Data analysis skills to support Shift manager in implementing operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics etc.)
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor or electronics industry, with at least 3 years of team leader role
Possess Analytical and Problem solving skills
Possess Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Knowledge in Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Power point & Excel), SAP and Power BI / Python
Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift open to normal shift as well
