Engineering Manager

Responsibility:

1. Oversees manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products in all functional areas of the site.

2. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing cost-effective, quality products.

3. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.

4. Responsible for the review of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations.

5. Oversees the testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of systems and equipment.

Knowledge/Experience:

1. Minimum of five(5) years engineering management experience within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry with at least three years in the Photomask Industry

2. Proficient knowledge of: profit / loss accountability, process development, mechanical / CAD design, all components of mask/mask materials making technology, SPC/data management, clean room operations, and ISO 9000 standards

3. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree

4. Advanced degree preferred
